How do I rent a Sea-Doo jet ski?

Renting a premium Sea-Doo jet ski with us is simple and straightforward! Simply fill out the online booking form on our website to secure your reservation. Our user-friendly form allows you to select your desired dates and provide any additional information needed. Once submitted, our team will promptly confirm your booking and provide you with all the details you need for your upcoming adventure on the water

What documents do I need to rent a jet ski?

To rent a jet ski with us, you'll need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID or passport, along with a boat license. Additionally, you'll be asked to sign a rental agreement or waiver outlining the terms and conditions of the rental. We recommend checking with us in advance to ensure you have all the necessary documentation.

Is there a fuel charge or is fuel included in the rental price?

A full tank of fuel is provided at the start of your rental. Upon returning the jet ski, you are required to refill the tank to its full capacity. Failure to do so will result in a fuel charge. Please provide us with an invoice for the fuel purchased. Note that Spark models require gasoline 95, while RXT, RXP, and GTX models require gasoline 100

Do I need a license to rent a Sea-Doo jetski?

In Croatia, a boat license is required for operating a Sea-Doo watercraft. Please ensure you have the necessary credentials before booking

Is there an age requirement for renting a jet ski?

Yes, there is an age requirement for renting a jet ski. The minimum age to rent a jet ski is 25 years old. However, younger individuals may be able to ride as a passenger with a licensed adult. Please check with us for any age restrictions or requirements specific to our rental policies

Are life jackets provided with the rental?

While we prioritize safety, life jackets are not included in the standard rental price. They are available for an additional fee to ensure you have the necessary safety equipment during your jet ski adventure

What should I do if the Sea-Doo jet ski breaks down during my rental period?

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, please contact us immediately. Do not wait or panic; our experienced team has years of expertise in handling technical issues and emergencies, including jet ski sinking. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, so please call us right away

Is there a deposit required for the rental?

Yes, a security deposit is necessary to secure your booking and cover any potential damages or additional charges that may occur during your rental period. The deposit amount is determined based on the Sea-Doo model you select. We strive to make the deposit process transparent and straightforward, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions before finalizing your reservation

Are there any additional charges for damages?

In the event of damages to the Sea-Doo jet ski, charges will be applied based on the Sea-Doo parts price list for the replacement components. Additionally, an hourly labor fee of 60€ will be incurred for the necessary repair work. We strive to maintain our fleet in top condition, and these charges ensure that damages are promptly and professionally addressed

Do you offer discounts for longer rental periods?

Please fill out the form and specify the number of days you wish to rent the Sea-Doo jet ski. We will get back to you with a special offer tailored to your rental duration. However, please note that our premium Sea-Doo jet skis are in high demand, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates

Can I return the jet ski after hours?

While we do accommodate after-hours returns, please note that additional charges may apply. This is due to the requirement for our staff to come in during off-hours to inspect the jet ski

What is your cancellation policy?
